Who is WildWood suitable for?
WildWood is formulated for external care of sensitive, dry, rough and easily uncomfortable skin.
Not recommended for children under 2 years old. Discontinue use if redness or irritation occurs and seek medical advice.
Do not use on open wounds, weeping skin, pus or areas showing signs of infection.
How should I use it?
Make sure the skin and your fingers are clean and dry. Take a small amount, then spread it into a thin layer. Use after showering and before bed, or whenever needed.
How much should I use?
Start with a very small amount, just enough to form a thin layer. Add a little more for wider areas if needed.
How long before I notice a change?
Moisture and comfort may be felt after application, but changes differ according to the individual, skin condition, climate and consistency of use.
Can it be used on the face or by children?
For facial use, apply a very thin layer and avoid the eyes, mouth and acne-prone areas. Patch test before first use.
WildWood is not recommended for children under 2 years old. For older children, consult a healthcare professional before use, particularly on sensitive or irritated skin.
Discontinue use if redness or irritation occurs.
Can it be used on a three-month-old baby?
No. WildWood Skin Salve is not recommended for babies and children under 2 years old, as the formulation has not been specifically evaluated for this age group.
For babies experiencing dry, sensitive or irritated skin, please consult a paediatrician for appropriate skincare advice.
Can it be used during pregnancy?
MONSON does not make a specific claim that this product has been tested for use during pregnancy. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use.
How do payment and delivery work?
Payment is made through CHIP using options such as FPX and DuitNow QR. Estimated delivery is 3 business days after payment confirmation. Tracking information will be sent once the parcel is prepared.
How do returns and refunds work?
Report an incorrect, damaged or leaking item within 7 days of receipt by emailing info@monson.my or calling +60 13-724 9500. Include your order number and photos or video. MONSON covers return costs for confirmed incorrect or damaged items. Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Opened products cannot be returned for change-of-mind reasons, without affecting statutory consumer rights.
Can I use it with topical medication?
WildWood is not a substitute for medicine. Do not mix it directly with topical medication. Follow your doctor or pharmacist's advice on timing and order of use.
How should I store it?
Keep it tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Use clean fingers or a spatula and refer to the expiry date on the packaging.
What if the product does not suit my skin?
Stop using it if you experience stinging, redness, a rash or an unexpected reaction. Seek professional advice if the reaction continues or gets worse.
